Technical Services
These services focus on installing the software and instructing the IT organization on how to connect their disparate systems to the operational data warehouse. By teaching the client these tasks, it will minimize an IT staff's reliance on Obvient. Technical services provided by Obvient will include:
- Product installation and testing
- Warehouse connections to in-house systems
- Customizing the Executive Dashboard
- Installing and testing external communications
Consulting Services 
Obvient Professional Consulting Services offer subject matter expertise as it relates to our product offerings. Customers may request these resources on-site on a periodic basis to learn of new practices and programs.
Certified RCM Specialists and work management resources will assist in putting programs into place at the customer's premises. Other Consulting Services provided by Obvient include:
